Okay...so I was wrong, thanks to I am going to have words to go with pictures. Hurray!

This story, which I'm treating like issue 1 of a Valiant ongoing series mixes in a story in the present with some flashbacks to Valiant's origin as a member of the Millennium Guard. The modern thread of the piece includes some interraction with the super-team "Heroes Without Borders", though they are not the focal point (it being Valiant's story and all).

Anyway, here's page 1 with narration...I hope it makes a bit more sense.
